On September 16th 2021, the National Forum for Environment and Health (NFEH) organized its 18th Annual Conference on Environment in Karachi. The conference aimed at creating awareness about ever-changing environment and climate change. The event was attended by the government officials, international and national environmental experts, corporate leaders, NGOs, and researchers.
The conference was concluded with an award ceremony in which PARCO was conferred with the 16th consecutive Annual Environment Excellence Award in recognition of the Company’s commitment to environment protection and pollution prevention through its strategic, eco-friendly management practices. The Minister for Environment Climate Change & Coastal Development, Government of Sindh – Mr. Muhammad Ismail Rahoo presented the award to Mr. Ahmad Mubeen Awan – Head HSE, PARCO along with a Certificate of Excellence to PARCO.
